Welcome to Crimeophobia – A Criminology Firm!

Our Methodology ...Your Advantage

Crimeophobia – A Criminology Firm is an independent, international criminology and intelligence institution engaged in advanced crime analysis, strategic legal intervention, behavioural science, and governance advisory across national, regional, and transnational jurisdictions. The institution operates in alignment with the principles of rule of law, human rights, institutional accountability, preventive justice, and international cooperation, supporting lawful order, human security, and systemic stability. Anchored in scientific criminology, international legal frameworks, and extensive field-operational expertise, Crimeophobia addresses complex crime ecosystems involving organised crime, financial crime, ideological and hybrid offences, institutional corruption, and cross-border legal vulnerabilities, with a focus on lawful resolution rather than escalation. Operating under a structured doctrine often described as “Silent Intelligence with Strategic Intervention,” Crimeophobia is designed to engage at stages where matters require discretion, depth, and outcome certainty. Its methodologies emphasise early pattern recognition, behavioural decoding, risk forecasting, and evidence-based strategy formulation, enabling leadership to take informed decisions in environments characterised by legal exposure, reputational sensitivity, regulatory complexity, or geopolitical pressure. Engagements are conducted with strict confidentiality and neutrality, ensuring that advisory functions remain insulated from operational, political, or public-domain noise.

The institutional architecture of Crimeophobia integrates three complementary functional dimensions that together support decision-makers at the highest level. The first dimension focuses on strategic crime resolution and lawful neutralisation, addressing organised and transnational crime, financial and economic offences, hybrid civil–criminal disputes, institutional misconduct, and regulatory failures. This function provides discreet litigation intelligence, defence and prosecution strategy support, behavioural and threat assessments, and compliance-aligned advisory, enabling organisations and leadership offices to navigate high-stakes matters with legal clarity and strategic foresight. The second dimension addresses human security and post-incident stabilisation, recognising that unresolved psychological, behavioural, and organisational impact often translates into recurring risk. By integrating criminology with behavioural science, mental-health frameworks, and preventive advisory, this function supports leadership in maintaining internal stability, stakeholder confidence, and long-term risk reduction, particularly in sensitive or high-pressure operational environments. The third dimension operates as a neutrality-driven governance and trade intelligence function, supporting ethical continuity, regulatory balance, and cross-border risk mitigation where commercial activity intersects with crime, policy, and compliance obligations. This function enables decision-makers to maintain lawful operations and institutional equilibrium without ideological bias, particularly in complex domestic and international settings.

Crimeophobia’s mode of engagement is typically long-term and advisory in nature, structured to support managing directors, chairpersons, board members, family offices, and senior executives in maintaining oversight across legal, security, and governance domains. Its involvement is designed to strengthen institutional decision-making rather than replace existing legal or compliance teams, providing an independent, evidence-driven perspective that supports informed approvals, strategic direction, and risk containment at the leadership level. The institution is engaged by sovereign bodies, judicial and statutory authorities, multinational corporations, critical infrastructure entities, and high-level decision-makers when matters are multijurisdictional, politically sensitive, reputationally critical, or strategically decisive. All engagements are governed by confidentiality, evidentiary rigor, legal compliance, and professional discretion, ensuring that leadership offices retain control while benefiting from specialised criminological and intelligence insight. In an environment where legal, security, and reputational risks increasingly converge at the level of senior leadership, Crimeophobia functions as a quiet but decisive stabilising force—supporting lawful clarity, institutional resilience, and outcome-oriented resolution through intelligence-led advisory and strategic intervention.

Meet Criminologist Snehil Dhall

The Visionary Behind Crimeophobia

Crimeophobia, founded in 2010 by Criminologist Snehil Dhall—a first-generation entrepreneur and global expert—is a trailblazer in criminology and strategic security. With education across India, Singapore, and the UK, and global engagements with the United Nations General Assembly (New York) and Incredible India, Ministry of Tourism (Gothenburg), he has redefined crime prevention. A former member of the International Institute of Strategic Studies (London), Dhall has worked with world leaders in defence, foreign affairs, and intelligence. Recognised by the United Nations for driving the implementation of the UNTOC treaty in India, his work integrates predictive analytical policing and criminology innovation. Crimeophobia operates as a TRL-9 model—an essential framework for governments and corporates tackling transnational and localized organized crime. With expertise across real estate, fashion, F&B, media, and law, Snehil has delivered intelligence-led strategies since 2003, managing both Indian and UK-based businesses. Crimeophobia serves clients ranging from 6-year-old children to senior citizens, with a core focus on the corporate sector, families, and government bodies—while also handling probono cases through its CSR division, the Ministry of Happiness, a registered Trust dedicated to supporting vulnerable communities and promoting justice with compassion. His remote investigation methods, confessional techniques using criminal psychology, and inclusive support for all genders and communities have revolutionized modern crime-solving. Guided by his original theories—Theory of Modern Chakravyuh and Polymath Theory of Organised Crime—and his concepts of Post Crime Trauma and Criminal Behaviour Syndrome, he brings a multidisciplinary approach to security and justice across seven domains: Crime, Culture, Social, Terrorism, Politics, Media, and Policing. Join Crimeophobia—where criminology meets global strategy, transforming justice with intelligence.

WORDS FROM THE FOUNDER: Crime, in its modern form, is no longer confined to acts or individuals; it has evolved into a complex intersection of behaviour, systems, institutions, ideologies, and transnational structures. My work in criminology has consistently reinforced one principle: lasting resolution is never achieved through reaction alone. It requires understanding intent, decoding patterns, and intervening at the right moment with precision, legality, and restraint. Crimeophobia was established to function in precisely that space—where complexity is high, visibility must remain low, and outcomes carry long-term institutional consequences. The firm was not designed as a conventional advisory or investigative practice. It was structured as an endgame institution, capable of supporting decision-makers when matters demand clarity, discretion, and closure rather than prolonged contestation. Our approach is grounded in scientific criminology, behavioural intelligence, and field experience, applied within the framework of domestic and international law.

Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work across jurisdictions and sectors, engaging with law enforcement agencies, judicial institutions, corporate leadership, policy stakeholders, and community systems. These engagements have shaped a methodology that integrates intelligence-led analysis with strategic legal intervention, always mindful that the ultimate objective is institutional stability and human security, not escalation. Whether the context involves organised crime, financial and economic offences, ideological crime, or systemic governance failure, the focus remains on lawful resolution and risk containment. Crimeophobia’s institutional philosophy is built on balance. While decisive intervention is sometimes necessary to dismantle criminal structures and protect institutions, equal emphasis must be placed on understanding the human and organisational impact of crime. Sustainable order is achieved when enforcement is complemented by prevention, rehabilitation, and governance reform. This balance informs the broader ecosystem within which Crimeophobia operates, ensuring that our work contributes to long-term resilience rather than short-term outcomes.

The strength of Crimeophobia is not limited to any single individual. It is reinforced by a Board of Advisors comprising subject experts who are widely recognised as pioneers and trend setters in their respective professional domains. Their collective insight ensures that our work remains interdisciplinary, forward-looking, and aligned with evolving legal, technological, and governance challenges. The Board’s role is central in maintaining intellectual rigor, ethical standards, and strategic depth across all engagements. Crimeophobia is typically engaged in an advisory capacity at the level of senior leadership, supporting managing directors, chairpersons, boards, and decision-makers who require independent, evidence-driven insight to navigate complex legal, security, and reputational landscapes. Our role is to strengthen informed decision-making while respecting institutional autonomy, confidentiality, and the rule of law. In a world where crime increasingly operates across borders and within systems, the responsibility of those addressing it must be measured, informed, and principled. Crimeophobia exists to serve that responsibility—quietly, lawfully, and decisively—by applying criminology not as theory alone, but as a strategic tool for resolution, balance, and sustainable order.
