(15/05/2025) On International Day of Families, Legal Titans Unite to Defend Indian Families from Global Extremism and Anti-Indian Bias

Bureau: In a landmark development on May 15 – the International Day of Families – the Nelson Mandela Peace Nobel Awardee, globally respected jurist and corporate strategist Dr. Kishor Navandar has formally joined forces with Criminologist Snehil Dhall, Founder of Crimeophobia and the Ministry of Happiness, to lead a legal-diplomatic mission with far-reaching implications for Indian families across the globe. As the Board Advisor for Global Diplomacy & Jurist Expert to Crimeophobia – a Criminology Firm – Dr. Navandar will focus on the initiative that aims to unite global legal professionals to support India’s civilian-led complaint against institutional bias, especially anti-Indian hate crimes and state-sponsored extremism with cross-border links, particularly implicating Pakistan.

At a time when Indian families face increasing threats—ranging from hate-fueled violence, forced displacement, and religious desecration—this alliance seeks to protect their rights, dignity, and heritage through lawful diplomatic engagement. The mission is positioned as a civilian correction to systemic global silence, led by Indian experts armed with evidence, intent, and integrity.

Dr. Kishor Navandar, who also serves as President of the Asia Chapter (Corporate Division) of the International Council of Jurists, London, was appointed by its President, Dr. Adish C. Aggarwala (Senior Advocate and former President of the Supreme Court Bar Association), and his endorsement of Dr. Navandar affirms the latter’s credibility to represent Indian legal interests on global platforms.

Dr. Navandar who was also honoured with Maharashtra Gaurav Award, currently serves as Chairman and Managing Director of the Blue Billion Group, Independent Director at VIP Clothing Limited, and a hospitality mogul of boutique luxury resorts across Asia. With leadership roles across sectors including hospitality, real estate, and international business, he is also a TEDx speaker and later assisted them in being one of the TEDx organiser while being a silent partner in several infrastructure projects. His multidimensional profile lends a rare strategic and corporate lens to matters of global justice.

At the legal core of the initiative is Criminologist Snehil Dhall, founder of Crimeophobia, which continues to pioneer as the first criminology-based civil society institution. He has also recently become the Founding Trustee of the Ministry of Happiness, which champions civilian peacebuilding. Dhall recently filed a civilian-led international complaint before the UN General Assembly, International Court of Justice, International Criminal Court, and seven UN departments, demanding the suspension of Pakistan’s UNSC membership and the removal of culpable UN officials who allegedly aided state-sponsored terrorism, anti-Indian narratives, and transnational organized crime.

The complaint highlights a coordinated pattern of atrocities against Hindus and non-Muslims in particular—including the destruction and encroachment of Hindu cave temples, institutional cover-ups, and the misuse of international forums to normalize hate speech and genocidal propaganda against Indian communities. These systemic violations not only threaten Indian families’ cultural roots and sacred spaces, but also their safety, identity, and future.

On this International Day of Families, the alliance led by Dr. Navandar and Mr. Dhall reaffirms a powerful message: the time to protect Indian families—both spiritually and physically—through international legal action is now. “We are not waiting for governments to act—we are mobilizing the global legal fraternity to restore justice where it has long been denied,” said Dhall.

This initiative envisions a structured diplomatic ecosystem where independent legal minds and global jurists hold international institutions accountable. With Dr. Navandar’s vast diplomatic and corporate network and Dhall’s criminology expertise, the duo is forging a civilian movement that asserts India’s right to be heard while defending the families whose heritage and humanity are at stake.

As the world watches, this India-led civilian legal uprising has the potential to redefine how justice is demanded, delivered, and institutionalized in a world that can no longer afford to ignore the rights of Indian families.
