All sales of digital products, including eBooks, online courses, and downloadable content, are final. Once you have gained access to the digital product, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Physical Products

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any physical products, including books, journals, and other tangible items. All sales are final.

Courses and Subscriptions

All sales of courses and subscription services are final. No refunds or credits will be issued for partially used or unused subscriptions or courses.

Defective or Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged physical product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will assess the situation and may offer a replacement at our discretion. Proof of damage, such as photographs, may be required.
